Institutional Development of the Heket Foundation

The “Institutional Development of the Heket Foundation” project aims to strengthen the operational capacity and management standards of the Heket Foundation, equipping its team with the necessary tools to maximize the impact of its educational and social initiatives. To achieve this, the project focuses on internal modernization through the formulation of a five-year development strategy, the onboarding of an Institutional Development Specialist, the acquisition of new technical infrastructure, and the adaptation of the Foundation’s website to comply with WCAG 2.1 international digital accessibility standards.

At the same time, the initiative drives external collaboration and knowledge sharing by establishing a cooperation network with at least six non-governmental organizations. This collaborative framework includes the organization of an Education Development Forum and a study visit to exchange best practices, alongside the creation of an interactive e-learning platform with six training modules designed to support the institutional growth of other civil society organizations.
