U-CIRCLE

Building Resilient Integration for Ukrainian Migrant Women and Families Across Europe. U-Circle is a European project designed to foster the social, professional, and family integration of Ukrainian women displaced by the war across eight EU member states. Addressing the fragmentation of current support systems, the initiative combines digital innovation, family-centered guidance, and direct pathways to employment into a cohesive transnational strategy.

Through local coordination networks, a multilingual One-Stop-Shop app, and personalized mentorship, the project empowers 300 women and their families to overcome isolation and improve their well-being. Furthermore, it delivers concrete labor market opportunities by providing tailored skills assessments, work-based placements, and a Transnational Job Fair to help participants successfully rebuild their futures in Europe.
