Experts Meeting – 05.11.2025
The Experts Meeting held on 5 November 2025 focused on coordinating key activities of the Integrow project, with an emphasis on training development, digital tools, and the creation of a Virtual Business Incubator. Participants reviewed progress on completed tasks, addressed technical and organizational matters, and aligned on upcoming international activities.
A central part of the meeting was dedicated to adapting training materials for different languages and contexts. This included structuring presentations, developing quizzes, and preparing resources that can be easily customized by trainers working with youth workers. The group agreed on translating materials into multiple languages and ensuring consistency and quality across all versions.
The meeting also finalized important decisions regarding the ITG Business Incubator, including the structure and content of its website and the selection of a dedicated domain. Plans were established for publishing training resources online and organizing learning platforms to support accessibility and usability.
Finally, the participants outlined the organization of training sessions for youth workers, defining formats, duration, participant numbers, and reporting requirements. Clear next steps were set to ensure timely delivery of training activities, documentation, and collaboration among partner organizations.
