GEN-YOUTH addresses youth unemployment in Tunisia, Jordan, Algeria, and Lebanon, focusing on NEETs, women, and rural youth. The project strengthens youth organizations by enhancing their capacity to deliver effective employability services. It provides governance strategies, financial sustainability tools, and best practices while training youth workers in career coaching, digital job readiness, and mentorship.
GEN-YOUTH combines organizational capacity building, employability support programs, and a sustainable online learning platform. It fosters regional cooperation between youth organizations and employers, contributing to long-term youth employment solutions and promoting inclusive societies, quality learning, and quality employment opportunities across the South Mediterranean region.
