Expert group online meeting 08.10.2025
The expert group convened online to review the current status of the project, exchange insights on recent developments, and plan the next steps in its implementation. The meeting aimed to address project updates, ongoing challenges, the design of the training program for youth workers, and the allocation of upcoming tasks among partners.
The event opened with a presentation of the meeting objectives, agenda, and guidelines for collaboration. Partner organizations briefly introduced their recent achievements and activities from the past months. The project team then presented an overview of the project’s progress, highlighting adjustments made to the implementation plan and proposing solutions to identified challenges. Participants had the opportunity to engage in discussion and provide feedback during the Q&A session.
The second part of the meeting focused on the training program for youth workers. Key findings from the research phase and focus group discussions were presented, emphasizing the identified needs and priorities for professional development. Experts introduced the proposed structure, objectives, and thematic areas of the training, along with suggested methodologies. The session concluded with an open exchange of comments and recommendations to refine the program’s content and approach.
In the final session, attention turned to upcoming project activities. The group defined specific roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for each partner to ensure efficient coordination. Participants also confirmed the next meeting date and reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining continuous collaboration and progress toward the project’s goals.
