Space for Everyone Project
The aim of the project is to increase the social participation of residents of the City of Słupca and the municipalities of Witkowo, Zagórów, Lądek, Słupca, Strzałkowo, Powidz, Orchowo and Ostrowite through workshops, study visits and inter-municipal events. The project also aims to strengthen the capacity of local civil society organisations through the support of local cooperation specialists, the creation of a digital knowledge base and the modernisation of infrastructure between 1 July 2026 and 31 December 2027.
The project includes, among other activities:
- workshops, classes and trips for senior citizens;
- activities supporting women and Rural Housewives’ Associations;
- workshops and study visits for representatives of civil society organisations;
- support for community animators and professionals working with children and young people;
- artistic, digital, educational and sports workshops for children and young people;
- educational trips and integration and inter-municipal events;
- employment of local cooperation specialists;
- provision of local organisations with equipment necessary for carrying out social activities;
- creation of a digital knowledge base.
The project will contribute to the integration of residents, the development of local initiatives, the strengthening of civil society organisations and the active inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion.
The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021–2027 Programme, Priority 09: Community-Led Local Development (ESF+), Measure 09.06: Social activation of people most at risk of social exclusion and building the local capacity of civil society.
