Tomasz Pawlak is a project and EU funds management expert who has been involved with the Heket Foundation since its establishment. He has extensive experience in designing and coordinating projects co-financed by the European Union and national grant programmes, in cooperation with NGOs, social partners and public institutions. At Heket, Tomasz is responsible for new projects and international cooperation, including project development, preparation of applications and building partnerships with organisations from other countries in the fields of education, skills development and social dialogue. His role also includes supporting the strategic development of the Foundation and ensuring high-quality project management from concept to implementation.

Sara Nardozi is a Project Manager and EU Funding Specialist with over six years of experience in European project design and management. She coordinates international initiatives funded by programmes such as Erasmus+ and DG Employment, with extensive expertise in project development, partnership building, proposal writing, and the management of transnational cooperation projects. Holding a Master’s Degree in Law with a focus on international cooperation, Sara works in Italian, English, and Spanish, contributing to projects that promote social dialogue, vocational education and training, inclusion, and sustainable development.

Gordana Gancheva Popovic is a Project Manager and Consultant with over 15 years expertise in programs co-financed by the European Union and other donors. She is passioned about building sustainable communities that makes real impact. Combining trusted partnership and dedicated client care with high-impact management, Gordana leads the full-cycle implementation of complex European Commission grants, from initial proposal design through to strict technical and financial closing. She is an expert in fostering cross-border cooperation between trade unions, employers’ organizations, and educational bodies to shape European labor and social policy.

Gastón Luis Picone is an expert in the management and execution of international cooperation projects, with a special focus on initiatives funded by the European Union. He has extensive experience in leadership positions in various social organizations and as an external project evaluator, coordinator, and implementation leader. He has also worked as a trainer of trainers and creator of learning platforms, incubators for entrepreneurs, and a designer of curricula and educational processes at various levels. At the Heket Foundation, Gastón Luis coordinates projects led by the organization and provides specialized support in evaluations, report writing, team coordination, moderating international events, and leading strategic planning and institutional development processes. He is also a key resource for partners in Latin America. His work with diverse stakeholders—civil society organizations, unions, foundations, and business chambers—contributes to the institutional strengthening of the Heket Foundation.
