This two-day online training was organized to present the final Karate Programme and prepare coaches for its practical implementation. Throughout the event, five educational modules were introduced, focusing on the inclusion of vulnerable groups and young people with fewer opportunities, mental training techniques, stress and motivation management for young athletes, and strategies for international cooperation through sports projects. The training also featured the launch of an online educational tool created to centralize all project materials and provide easy access for clubs and coaches. Additionally, sessions covered digital tools to enhance youth engagement and highlighted the importance of triangular collaboration between sports clubs, schools, and parents to support holistic youth development. The event concluded with positive feedback on the programme’s adaptability across different local contexts, setting the stage for the project’s next phase: an in-person open international training session for further hands-on exchange and collaboration.
