On 25–26 February 2026, 11 experts and partner representatives from across Europe and the Eastern Partnership region gathered online to develop the core of our capacity-building programme for youth NGOs.
Over two intensive working days, the consortium:
✔ Defined a modular training programme (EQF Level 4) ✔ Designed a self-assessment tool for NGOs ✔ Ensured alignment with ESCO standards and EU Youth priorities ✔ Structured the integration with the DriveEd LMS & Hard Skills Exam system
This milestone marks a decisive step toward strengthening environmental leadership and organisational resilience in Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
Next step: finalisation of training materials and adaptation into Open Educational Resources (OER), to be made available through the project’s digital platform.
