The EARTH project provides a structured capacity-building programme aimed at strengthening the competencies of youth organisations working in environmental and climate action.
The DriveED LMS platform is designed for:
- Youth NGOs and grassroots organisations
- Youth workers, trainers, and volunteers
- Organisations seeking to improve their impact, sustainability, and organisational capacity
Through the platform, users can:
- Conduct a structured self-assessment of their organisational capacities
- Access modular training content tailored to real needs and competence gaps
- Apply practical tools to improve project design, communication, fundraising, and youth engagement
The platform supports a continuous learning cycle based on self-assessment, targeted learning, practical application, and reflection, ensuring long-term organisational development.
